	Definitions: Fine Art Photography: Any photographic image created by and copyrighted by Capture Cape May. Fine Art Photography Products: Any item meaning stationery, gift tags, Tiding, Tidings, sticker, magnet, photographic print or any other media containing an image belonging to and copyrighted by Capture Cape May. Sand Tiding/Tidings: Sand messages written and photographed by Capture Cape May. Images on Display: Any copyrighted image created by and belonging to Capture Cape May being displayed on our website or any other account on any other website that belongs to Capture Cape May (ie Youtube, Flickr, eBay etc.)

		Fine Art Photography Products Are intended for personal and gift use only. Purchase of an item or photographic print containing a copyrighted image by Capture Cape May does NOT transfer the copyright of that photograph to it's purchaser. Our images are not to be reproduced in any way. Sand Tiding/Tidings Are professional images. All professional images are copyrighted to their creator, Capture Cape May. We allow the purchaser of the Sand Tiding more liberty in usage of their image. The image may be digitally uploaded for PERSONAL and GIFT use only (ie. Adding it to your online wedding album or website. Having it printed on mugs or keychains as party favors or a gift to a friend or family member). Items created using one of our Tidings MAY NOT BE USED FOR RESALE. Images on Display Images on display in any of our online stores or accounts are copyright protected and not intended for download for personal use or for resale. Our images on display are not to be downloaded and our watermarks are not to be removed. Photographs of our Fine Art Photography Products are also professional, copyrighted images.
